Asst. Director of Mines & Geology

                    The office of the Asst. Director Mines and Geology, Jayashankar Bhupalpally was established in Reorganisation / Formation of new Districts in State of Telangana vide G.O.Ms.no.233 Revenue (DA-CMRF) Department, dt.11-10-2016. This office is Investigative, Administrative, Advisory and Promotional arm of the State Government in the Mineral Development of the District.

                   This office carries out the functions of Regulatory, Promotional and collection of Mineral revenue to the State exchequer. The  District is mainly endowed with Major important minerals like Coal and Minor minerals like Laterite, Dolomite, Colour Granite and Building Stone & Road Metal.
